J. Robert Burnell (1929 – 2021) was a beloved local artist – and long-time customer of ours – well known for his paintings of the Tidewater area. His subjects include locations like Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and other places on the East Coast.
